Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist position in California Home Health agency providing in-home care across Marin County locations. Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, strength and function; establishing goals to improve balance, walking, and strength; educating patients and caregivers; assessing home environments for safe mobility; recommending equipment; scheduling flexibility with independent operation within an established support structure. Non-remote, part-time or per-diem schedules with potential Thursday-Monday patterns; open to entry level candidates. At least 1 year of PT experience preferred, CA license and BLS required; proficient computer and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Open to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experience
- Current/active Physical Therapy License – State of California
- BLS Certification
- General knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage
- Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
- Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
- Strong experience using computers and computer systems
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail Suite or other systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
