CVG200 Conversions Tester II - 404

Responsible for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) verification and testing of electronic circuit board assemblies. Analyze fault data output from AOI and take appropriate action for rework using Jabil software and assembly documentation (BOMs, visual aids, deviations, testing tools and procedures). Complete annual AOI operator re-certification and pass subsequent tests, along with manufacturing certifications. Escalate borderline faults to the appropriate technician. Utilize Down Time Tracking and TE D time-ticket systems; understand and apply production requirements, policies, and procedures; contribute as a team member to achieve department yield goals. Adhere to safety, health, and security policies and cooperate with the company’s guidelines. The role is based on a production floor environment with potential exposure to typical manufacturing conditions; strong attention to detail, data interpretation, and ability to read technical procedures are essential.
