Job Summary
Manually inspects plastics parts and packs them into shipping boxes; seals boxes, prints labels, and stacks full boxes on pallets. Operates molding presses and trains Inspector/Packer I staff. Maintains safe work practices and clean work area. Responsibilities include in-process inspection, data recording, packing, labeling, and transporting products to shipping, with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork. Requires average math skills, ability to stand for long periods, color perception, manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP; English communication is required.
Required Qualifications
- Math skills must be average or better
- Ability to spend long hours walking and standing
- Color perception and good manual dexterity
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work well with others at all levels
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SAP and e-mail skills preferred
- Clear communication in English
