Job Summary
Contractor will support Driver Safety Programs by managing events through Cvent, ensuring accurate data synchronization, and providing technical support. The Event Coordinator will oversee pre-event, live, and post-event activities, including participant management, reporting, and process improvements. They will also coordinate with volunteers and administrators, offer customer service, and support new or pilot programs when needed. Pre-Event Support includes structuring events (RSVP, data capture), quality checks, coordinating with staff/volunteers, managing registrations, monitoring the Volunteer Portal and Cvent, assisting with registration issues, building/launching complex events, and sending integration IDs to Marketing Services. Post-Event Support covers uploading participant data, sending post-event emails, generating reports, and assisting with closing tasks. Cvent Technical Support involves developing event templates, creating reports, configuring barcode scanners, troubleshooting links, and managing pre-registration/invitation lists. Process Documentation and System Improvements require maintaining documentation, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements. Support for New Programs and Pilot Initiatives includes customer service for new programs and collaborating with the ADS Director of Operations on staffing needs if SLAs are at risk.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- 3+ years' experience in technology/processing/creating virtual events
- Knowledge of Cvent preferred but not required
- Strong technology skills
- Able to provide customer support
