Job Summary
Locum tenens Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist sought to support a facility with 12 operating rooms and 9 non-operating anesthesia sites. Role involves 5p–7a call with 24-hour weekend call; no CRNA on call; supervision of 9 MDs and 16 Advanced Practice Providers. EMR systems include Medaxion and Meditech. Board certification in cardiovascular anesthesia with TEE is required, and a Florida license/DEA is needed or readily transferable. Clinical duties pertain to perioperative cardiac anesthesia and related responsibilities for a high-capacity OR environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular Anesthesiology with Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) certification
- Florida license and Florida Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) or easily transferable one accepted
