Cutter Operator

Set up and operate a guillotine cutter to exact customer specifications, including programming cutting equipment, reading job tickets, performing quality inspections, and maintaining machinery. Responsibilities include training partners, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, assisting with quality investigations, and supporting continuous improvement. Key skills include reading complex instructions in English, strong math, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and effective teamwork to meet production goals. Candidates will undergo drug screening after a conditional offer and before employment.
