Job Summary
Cutter Operator on 1st shift responsible for setting up and running a machine that cuts labels based on customer specifications, managing quality of the finished product through the complete production process, cross-training in other roles across the production environment, completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed, problem solving issues, and effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of manufacturing experience. Starting wage is $22.00/hour for 1st shift at Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI.
