Job Summary
Provide customers with friendly and professional service while preparing meat products for customer purchase and meat displays. Actively contribute to the meat department, including merchandising, maintaining the area, receiving meat orders, handling special order requests, and supporting the Meat Manager. Ensure compliance with CFIA regulations and company standards; assist with training new staff and clerks; participate in professional development; contribute to a collaborative office-meets-meat environment as part of a hybrid work model requiring presence at an office location at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 12 months of experience
- Ability to work hybrid schedule at office location at least three days per week
- Meat department knowledge
- CFIA regulations knowledge
- Provide customer service and meat preparation
- Team training and collaboration
