Job Summary
Set up production equipment by preparing cutters and manual lines per product specifications. Complete safety inspections to verify guarding, e-stops, and safety devices before operation. Perform changeovers by adjusting inline cutters, outfeed conveyors, and merge tables for new products. Track product identity with accurate lot numbers and documentation. Ensure product quality by verifying slice count, cut accuracy, and final appearance before packaging. Follow GMPs to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards. Work safely by adhering to all safety rules and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 6 months–1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Strong manual dexterity and motor skills
- Solid eye-hand coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
