Cutter Machine Operator

Job Summary
Set up production equipment, complete safety inspections, and perform changeovers to adjust cutters and conveyors for new products. Track product identity by maintaining accurate lot numbers and documentation while ensuring slice count, cut accuracy, and final appearance meet quality standards. Follow GMPs, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to all safety rules and procedures in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months to one year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to work efficiently with both manual and automated equipment. Shift runs from 4:45pm to 2:45am Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 6 months–1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Strong manual dexterity and motor skills
- Solid eye-hand coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
