CUT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 2ND SHIFT

Supervise, evaluate, and direct shift personnel on the Cut Floor to perform operations according to company policies. Stimulate maximum safety, efficiency, and productivity while ensuring proper employee training. Anticipate causes of delays and take appropriate actions to meet production schedules. Monitor machinery, equipment, and facility maintenance and sanitation. Apply employee relations and union contract policies in all employee interactions. Arrange for appropriate production records, including payroll and yields. Work closely with other supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork. Attend scheduled meetings and perform various assigned duties. This role requires extensive technical production knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to handle conflict.
