Job Summary
Manage end-to-end customs procedures for import and export shipments in Hai Phong and Ha Tinh, preparing declarations and coordinating with authorities to ensure timely clearance for machinery, vehicles, and components. Process import tax and VAT exemption/refund applications while maintaining accurate records and generating compliance reports. Stay updated on Vietnamese customs regulations and provide advisory guidance to internal teams. This role supports VinFast's import/export operations in Vietnam with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related fields, English proficiency, and MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics and Supply Chain, Economics, Customs, or International Trade
- Knowledge and experience in import and export operations, including customs declaration, Certificate of Origin (C/O), Incoterms, HS codes, and regulations related to customs and import–export taxation
- Proficient in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
