Customs Specialist Brokerage

Customs Specialist Brokerage role supporting client service teams in the brokerage/ customs operations space. Responsible for release and entry summary completion, tariff database maintenance, classification, compliance, and auditing of service delivery to ensure accurate, timely release and rating of shipments. Build/maintain client relationships with carriers and clients, ensure SOPs/ESPs are followed, identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational productivity, and provide guidance to Release Operations members. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, ability to manage large volumes, and knowledge of tariff/rating processes, EDI release, and documentation for high and low value shipments. Minimum 3 years related experience; education: High School/GED or equivalent; preferred: Associates degree or post-secondary education; CCS designation progress or completion is a mandatory requirement for advancement.
