Customs Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate and optimize cross-border imports/exports for the Americas to ensure smooth, compliant goods flow and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing and validating customs entries, monitoring clearance processes, FTZ shipment processing, ISF compliance, data analysis to identify errors and opportunities, and driving continuous process improvements. Collaborates with brokers, authorities, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely filings, and alignment with global trade strategy. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage high-volume customs operations and maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs brokerage, import operations, or a similar environment
