Job Summary

Prepare and validate customs entries using IKEA's in-house systems, coordinating with brokers to ensure accurate and timely submissions across the Americas region. Monitor import and export clearance processes, review documentation for accuracy, and manage Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) shipment processing to guarantee compliant filings. Analyze customs data to identify errors or risks, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and maintain regulatory standards. This role supports the Customs Operations Support Center's mission to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in all customs activities while ensuring goods flow smoothly to customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customs brokerage, import operations, or a similar environment
  • U.S. Customs Brokerage License is a plus
  • Experience with FTZ processes, entry writing, tariff classification, or post-entry corrections preferred
  • Must live within commutable distance of King of Prussia, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
