Customs Operations Manager

Customs Operations Manager responsible for creating timely, accurate, and legally compliant customs clearance declarations for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), including complex entries. Works across Fasah, Bayan, and related platforms, coordinating with government authorities (SFDA, CITC, GACA, and others) to ensure regulatory compliance and timely service. Analyzes shipment data to determine entry type, escalates breaches, and drafts supporting documentation. Creates and maintains accurate entries in systems with correct classification and valuation, processes refunds/credit notes, and supports inter-company dispute resolution. Develops process improvements, maintains records for audit trails, performs physical checks and examinations of shipments, ensures scan compliance, and contributes to customer experience objectives. Requires knowledge of GCC/KSA Harmonized Tariff Schedule, pre-arrival declarations, and proficiency in Arabic and English; emphasis on collaboration with customers and regulatory bodies to meet deadlines.
