Job Summary
Prepare and process customs entries and import documentation, classifying commodities using HTS codes and tariffs. Transmit ISF filings to ensure CBP and PGA compliance while coordinating clearance activities and resolving shipment issues. Review shipping documents for accuracy, prepare ACH statements and invoicing, and manage CargoWise transactions. Collaborate with customers, carriers, and government agencies to deliver exceptional service and maintain regulatory compliance. This entry-level role supports global supply chains at LOGISTEED America, Inc. in Mineola, NY, requiring a recent college graduate with strong communication skills and legal work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass TSA and criminal background requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to stand, walk or sit
- Must use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Must reach with hands and arms

- Experience with CargoWise One
- 2+ years of customs entry writing or freight forwarding experience
- Knowledge of CBP regulations, customs brokerage, HTS classification, and ISF filing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
