Job Summary
Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to relevant regulations and company procedures. Conduct Importer Security Filing, track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date, and communicate with clients, freight forwarders, and related parties via email and phone. Manage documentation and archive records, oversee data management for client reports, and ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients. Join us to support accurate documentation and timely statuses, contributing to the growth of the company. Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and bilingual English/Korean capability. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $67,000 yearly depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in the customs field preferred (0–3 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual English and Korean required
