Job Summary
Customs Duties Administrator role in ABB's TMC, based in Dalmine (Bergamo, Italy), hybrid work model. Responsible for validating import documents and data, collaborating with Customs Broker to build robust processes, defining KPI reporting requirements with the KPI Specialist, and analyzing KPI data to identify improvement opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, logistics, or supply chain management and at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel and BI/dashboard skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Key duties include validating documents, KPI analysis, stakeholder discussions on improvements, and contributing to a data-driven approach to customs duties processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, logistics, or supply chain management (or related field)
- At least one year of experience in accounting, transport administration, or similar experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with BI tools or databases for KPI dashboards is an advantage
- Operational customs management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with detailed data, statistics, and KPIs
- Team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Italian and English
