Job Summary
Coordinate and manage customs clearance activities for inbound materials, preparing and maintaining all import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Act as the primary contact with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to ensure timely clearance and avoid delays or additional costs. Monitor shipment status, resolve documentation issues, and verify duties and taxes while collaborating with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and support customs audits and regulatory reporting. Requires 2+ years of experience in customs coordination or import administration with proficiency in customs platforms; full-time role based in the US with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customs coordination, import administration, logistics, or trade compliance
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations, import procedures, and documentation requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems and customs or logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, customs clearance systems)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial supply chain environment
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS classification, and customs valuation principles
