Customs Compliance Coordinator

The role involves coordinating and submitting EAPIS for international flights to TSA and CBP, auditing EAPIS submissions for accuracy, processing jumpseat requests and obtaining FAA jumpseat approval, maintaining the TSA master crew list for the airline, updating vendors with information changes, and coordinating with CBP to address regulatory concerns and local procedures. Strong communication and aviation-operations knowledge are essential, with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and ability to learn US geography and time-awareness to support Kalitta Air Operations Center. Experience in interacting with government officials and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred, along with a background in aviation or customer service.
