Customs Brokerage Training & Development Specialist

Facilitate onboarding programs and deliver training on customs processes, regulatory requirements, operational workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures. Conduct instructor-led, hands-on, and scenario-based learning experiences while adapting approaches to varying learning styles and experience levels. Provide coaching, mentorship, and development support to associates at all career stages, partnering with leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted solutions. Create, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, and learning resources that translate regulatory updates and process changes into practical content. Track participation and effectiveness, gather feedback, and use performance data to improve delivery methods and address learning gaps.
