Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Oversee the Customs Brokerage team or a portion of the team, ensure product operations inside the department comply with internal policies and external regulations, manage costing, invoicing, and revenue controls to minimize WIP and bad debt, ensure quality goals are met per CSOP, drive revenue growth targets, lead yield-improvement initiatives, coordinate with Account Management and Sales on product analytics to reduce costs and improve reliability, handle customer escalations, serve as a subject matter expert in communications with customers, lead corrective actions to mitigate at-risk revenue, set and measure performance goals, and manage budgeting/forecasting and staffing within the department. Also responsible for developing team members and ensuring professional communication and adherence to company values.
