Job Summary
Lead and support daily U.S. customs brokerage operations while ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA regulations. Oversee entry papers from shipper invoices, arrange payment of duties, quote duty rates, prepare papers for appeals, manage storage and transport of imported goods, classify codes, and maintain records. Partner with compliance, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality service. Requires Customs Brokerage License and Spanish fluency. Miami office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST; hybrid work arrangement. Strong leadership/management experience and expertise in HTS classification, ACE, ABI, and CROSS are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in U.S. Customs Brokerage
- Customs Brokerage License
- Strong leadership or management experience
- HTS classification and valuation knowledge
- ACE, ABI, and CROSS familiarity
- U.S. Customs and PGA regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Entry Writing, U.S. Customs
- Spanish fluency
