Customs Brokerage Manager (KL/JB)

Lead and oversee all customs brokerage operations throughout Malaysia, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Take full P&L ownership of customs brokerage activities, including revenue, cost control, and profit performance. Build and maintain strong communication with suppliers, internal departments, and external clients to ensure aligned and transparent operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational disputes and address stakeholder concerns in a timely and professional manner. Drive sales growth by expanding current customs brokerage services and securing new business opportunities to increase market share. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the customs team, ensuring both short-term goals and long-term growth strategies are met. Mentor, coach, and develop team members, including identifying and preparing future leaders to ensure team continuity and success. Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, trade laws, and internal company policies. Design and implement effective customs brokerage solutions, including adoption of relevant IT systems and digital tools for improved performance. Participate in strategic planning efforts at both national and regional levels to enhance the brokerage functions contribution to the business.
