Job Summary
Own the product P&L and have an in depth understanding of brokerage as well up to delivery of cargo knowledge. Drive the brokerage business development in collaboration with Sales and Account management team. Detailed job-specific tasks include ensuring all classification instructions for shipments, monitoring duty deferment usage, monitoring license/visa applications, ensuring new business transitions, conducting regular face-to-face retention/sales calls, maintaining client relationships, promoting productivity tools, auditing files per standards, following up refunds with authorities, managing the customs system, providing client reports, creating content for customer reviews, and implementing system changes. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
