Customs Brokerage Agent

Customs Brokerage Agent responsible for ensuring smooth and timely customs process flow, accurate data entry into operating systems, client billing, and liaison with customs authorities. Must understand import/export procedures, prepare and verify customs declarations, track shipments, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Knowledge of customs brokerage processes, incoterms, and ability to interact with customers and government agencies; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. This role expects proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and adherence to company policies, with a background in training and a demonstrated focus on accuracy and timeliness.
