Job Summary
Customs Brokerage Agent responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, timely movement and clearance of freight, and providing exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department. Responsibilities include updating customer profiles, managing an allocated book of business for all customs needs, navigating the CARM Client Portal, following SOPs, coordinating and dispatching freight upon request, submitting documents to CBSA, and completing entry requirements (e.g., Standard Filing, E29B, C-Type, V-Type). Must adhere to standards and demonstrate strong communication, data-accuracy, and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications emphasize proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook, and other PC-based software, plus a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and professional appearance.
