Job Summary
Ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain smooth shipment process flow by accurately entering data into operational systems and tracking shipments. Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to resolve billing disputes and meet SOP and KPI standards. Represent Expeditors professionally to customers, service providers, and government agencies while ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. Complete cross-training to support team coverage and continuously identify areas to improve efficiency. Achieve a standard of 52 hours of annual training and drive customer relationships to exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications

- Have knowledge and/or prior experience of industry specific qualifications
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Achieve standard of 52 hours training per year, including all mandatory trainings
