Job Summary
ACE Analyst responsible for analyzing customs import data, preparing ACE-based protests and disclosures, and supporting legal research. Responsibilities include analyzing ACE reports, filing time-sensitive matters with U.S. CBP, preparing and monitoring Protests and Prior Disclosures using the ACE portal, and developing a deep understanding of the import entry process. Must build trusted relationships with partners and clients through transparent communication and handle confidential information. Requires strong data analytics, Excel and Power BI skills, and excellent communication abilities; Mandarin language a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Customs Broker required
- Experience with CBP's ACE System
- Strong attention to detail and data analytic skills
- Excel and Power BI or similar data analytic tools
- Excellent communications skills with an understanding of handling confidential information
