Job Summary
Prepare customs documents, complete entries, and invoice clients to the Canada Border Services Agency within allotted timeframes. Monitor and coordinate customs releases for imported goods while handling queries regarding reject notices, eManifest errors, and RMD corrections. Conduct tariff research and classification, then enter import and export data meticulously. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving clearance issues promptly. Maintain an organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Apply MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook to ensure accuracy in decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in custom brokerage or logistics experience
- Basic knowledge of FTA and PGA
- Intermediate knowledge of the LVS program
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge
- High level of organization, time management and attention to detail
- Completion of complex entries
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times
- Valid Passport
- Ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX
