Job Summary
Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality services are delivered to people supported, providing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to In Home Direct Support Professionals. Model person-centered practices, foster mutual respect and teamwork, and ensure each person supported has opportunities to grow, learn, and engage within their community while maintaining a safe environment. Manage program budget, balance worked and billed hours, support team member relations, and coordinate training to promote an Alive Workplace. Requires high school degree or GED, working knowledge of Minnesota Statutes, BGS clearance, driver's license, and supervisory experience. Employees working 30+ hours a week access medical, dental, and 403(b) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Experience working with the vulnerable populations
- Working knowledge of Minnesota Statutes
- Background Study (BGS) clearance
- Driver's license
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Training in basic supervisory skills, team building, challenging behaviors and leadership
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
