Provide frontline customer service at K Sports Complex, handling front desk, reservations, payments, rentals, and Lil Kickers programming; operate POS and scheduling systems; assist with sales of programs and memberships; troubleshoot customer questions; maintain café appearance and inventory; perform cash handling and credit/debit transactions; set up and break down rentals; ensure facility rules are enforced and communicate with the General Manager and department supervisors; part-time role with weekend and weeknight availability; proactive team player with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
