Job Summary
Develop and deliver comprehensive customer training programs for PropertyGuru’s products and services. Create engaging training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, and online tutorials) tailored to diverse learning styles; conduct live trainings, webinars, and workshops; assess customer training needs through surveys and performance data; collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Marketing to keep materials up-to-date; measure program effectiveness via feedback and metrics and drive data-informed improvements. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, instructional design capability, organizational excellence, and a customer-centric mindset.
