Job Summary
Customer Trainer will deliver da Vinci System technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff across designated training centers and remote centers. Responsibilities include leading specialized training programs and events, developing training materials and protocols, conducting surveys to measure program effectiveness, acting as a subject matter expert on internal projects, supporting training research initiatives, training the sales force on new products, and occasionally assisting with the da Vinci System in the operating room. The role involves travel, managing training-center logistics and capital equipment, maintaining sterilization and instrument handling, and developing competency in System technology and applications. After appropriate training, may act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany per legal requirements. Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, experience with adult learning principles, the ability to work independently and in a team, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
