Job Summary
Support customers' roadmap enablement for future products and interact with Business Lines to meet customer requirements. Demonstrate product performance or cost advantage in customer contexts and represent the customer voice toward Business Lines and Senior Management. Ensure customer satisfaction on product performance and service provided while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive qualitative results. This role is based in Shanghai for the China mainstream market segment.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in technical subject
- substantial experience or equivalent working and thinking level
- Experience in technical engineering
- preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Sound business acumen
- strategic mindset and planning
- strong execution drive
- Effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive qualitative result
- based at Shanghai
