Job Summary
Provide remote Technical Support spanning applicative, hardware and IT-related issues on diagnostic instrumentation. Escalate complex issues following the dispatch process as needed. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering results and continuous improvement, with emphasis on customer experience and empathy. The role requires on-site presence in Cassina De' Pecchi, Milano, Italy, and involves collaboration with tutors during the training process to develop decision-making and problem-solving skills while maintaining quality data recording in line with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduating Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biotechnology is preferable
- Proficient English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian
- Passion for learning
