Job Summary
Organize approval testing plans with Sales to meet customer technology needs, then assemble data into clear reports and technical literature. Resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently while maintaining ISO documentation for all quality activities. Manage projects using the CTS stage gate process and Accolade software, interfacing with R&D, OEMs, and Marketing to align account management and influence future specifications. Maintain safe working environments in office and laboratory settings by adhering to established safety policies and assisting in training. Conduct oral presentations internally and externally as required to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated understanding of CTS functions and application of best practice standards and techniques typically acquired after at least 5 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical or automotive industry and demonstrated successful Sales & Marketing experience
