Job Summary

Customer Solutions Analyst (Spanish and English) at SiteMinder, delivering frontline technical assistance and support to global customers. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, identifying and documenting configuration requirements, resolving issues within SLAs, logging cases in Salesforce, participating in product training, testing feature compatibility, and providing feedback to improve SiteMinder products and systems. Requires strong customer service and analytical abilities, technical knowledge from a hotel background, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, comfort with remote work, and the ability to handle high-volume, KPI-driven support environments. Remote work available from Delhi, India, with potential office travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of customer service and analytical skills
  • Technical knowledge, especially from a hotel background
  • Experience working in a high-volume, telephone-based, SLA- and KPI-driven environment
  • Ability to travel to the office if required, at least three times a week
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Proven ability to manage remote working successfully in terms of teamwork, learning & development, productivity, and motivation
