Job Summary
Pick and pack customer orders and deliver them to doorsteps, driving safely and considerately while providing friendly service. Support colleagues in-store by serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and handling daily tasks. Conduct vehicle checks and follow safe working practices to keep operations running efficiently. Promote Co-op membership through everyday interactions and represent the brand in your local community. Requires a full UK driving licence held for at least three years and flexibility to work a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 3 years driving experience
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points
- Friendly, helpful approach
- Passion for supporting customers
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts
- At least 2 shifts will be closing
- At least 1 shift will be at the weekend
