Job Summary
Join the Co-op as a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly, helpful service in a local Co-op store. You’ll work as part of a team across roles in-store, bakery, or post office and may assist with online order picking/packing. Responsibilities include helping keep shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, operating tills, supporting store operations, promoting Co-op Membership, and engaging with the community. The role involves a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts on weekends and may include involvement in the bakery. You’ll be part of a fast-moving retail environment, with training and career development provided, and a 30% in-store discount. Applicants must be 18 or over and be prepared to complete two online assessments as part of the application process. Required Qualifications
- Aged 18 or over
- Flexibility to work opening, closing, and mid-day shifts across Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- Experience not essential
