Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and support store operations by working hands-on on the shop floor and tills. Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure the store remains safe and legal. Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth daily running and contribute to sales performance. Promote Co-op membership and support local community initiatives. This role involves opening, middle, and closing shifts including weekends, with full paid training provided.
