Job Summary
Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly service, working hands-on on shop floors and tills, and keeping shelves stocked while checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy. Maintain store safety and legal compliance by ensuring temperatures and conditions meet standards. Contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience and help keep the store running smoothly. Promote Co-op membership and support local community initiatives. This role involves a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts with at least two closing shifts and one weekend shift, requiring flexible availability for early morning or late evening work. Full, paid training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
