Job Summary
Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly, thoughtful service and working hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery. Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure the store remains safe, legal, and compliant with temperature standards. Contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience while promoting Co-op membership and supporting local charities. Work flexibly across opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends, as part of a team in a fast-moving retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
