Job Summary
Customer Team Member at Co-op: run as part of a friendly team in a busy store, delivering service across store roles such as post office counter, bakery, or online order fulfillment. Responsibilities include serving customers at tills, assisting with transactions, stocking shelves, checking prices and stock accuracy, promoting Co-op Membership, supporting local community initiatives, and helping with daily store operations. Shifts include opening, closing, and mid-day hours with at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift; part-time contract (15 hours/week with regular overtime).
