Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service at Co-op store counters and tills, supporting transactions and daily operations to create a great shopping experience. Work hands-on on the shop floor to keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and help maintain store performance. Collaborate with your team to keep the store running smoothly while promoting Co-op membership and supporting local charities. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18 or over
- Ability to work before 6am or after 10pm
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to flexibly across a range of shifts
- Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
