Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy to maintain store performance. Contribute to daily operations by ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and compliant with all temperature and safety standards. Promote Co-op membership and support local community initiatives, including charity connections and online order picking and packing. Close shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening, including at least one weekend shift requiring flexible availability.
