Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and support daily store operations by working hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery. Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure the store remains safe and legal by monitoring temperatures and dates. Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth performance while promoting Co-op membership and supporting local charities. Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through late evening, including at least one weekend shift with flexible availability. Full, paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
