Job Summary
Join Co-op as a Customer Team Member in Gravesend to help deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy local store. You’ll work with a team on the shop floor and tills, stock shelves, check prices and stock dates, and may be involved with post office, bakery, or online order picking/packing. You’ll promote Co-op Membership and support the community while contributing to daily operations and a great customer experience. Roles include a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts with at least 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift; full training and career development are provided, plus a 30% discount and benefits. Age 18+ required; two online assessments are part of the application process. As part of the application process you’ll complete two online assessments. The vacancy is in-person at a UK Co-op store with flexible hours and a permanent part-time contract.
