Job Summary
Join our Co-op as a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy local store. You’ll work as part of a team to keep shelves stocked, assist customers on the shop floor and at tills, check prices and stock accuracy, and contribute to daily operations. The role may involve working in the post office, bakery, or helping with online orders for home delivery. You’ll promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives, with responsibilities across service delivery, stock management, and price checks. The position is a 6-month temporary contract, part-time at 10 hours per week with overtime, and includes a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, including at least 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift. A genuine passion for helping people, a team mindset, and flexibility across shifts are key.
